The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The room also had a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and an individual safe. The hotel is situated in a beautiful and amazing location, just a 10-15 minute walk from a grand square. The service was good, and the hotel is conveniently located within 0.5 miles of the airport.

The staff are helpful and attentive and I greatly enjoyed their attitude. The room is modest with hot showers.

I didn't feel like leaving, had a very nice experience and would love to come back here some time. The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the double room with views of garden, everything was good. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a mini fridge bar, a dining area and a work desk...

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the bedroom and bathroom at Los Tambos Colonial. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, especially the cleaning staff. The shared areas of the hotel were also a nice touch. Despite some noise from outside and neighboring rooms, the reception promptly addressed the issue and resolved it. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and accommodating staff.

We expected something much better especially given the very high references score of this hotel!! the entrance is very nice but the rooms do not keep up with the expectation! the double bed was very small, and everything else (bathroom, breakfast, staff) was definitely at a lower level than we expected.

This family run hotel is set in an historic mansion in the center of the old city. The courtyard, reception area and the dining room are finished in stone and the white lava common to this area. Our room was in a newer building and very comfortable, very clean. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, and the location. The best part, however, were the people behind the front desk. They were all exceedingly kind and helpful, ask a question and you received some very good advice. The El Conquistador offers charm, comfort and wonderful people at a great price.

It's a short walk away from the central square and most of the city's main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hot water available 24/7. The buffet breakfast is delicious, with a variety of items including scrambled eggs and sausages.

The decor of the hotel is a bit outdated and not as grand as some of the other hotels in the area.

Spending Christmas in this 18th century hostel was a unique experience. The huge stone archways in the reception and breakfast areas were impressive. The location was perfect as it was in the heart of the pedestrian street and close to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was diverse and tasty.

The rooms at the rear were more modest than the impressive areas at the front. The internet was only available beside the reception area and not in the rooms.
